The rules that govern your use of FSS Transport's bus booking and courier services.
By accessing the FSS Transport website, mobile experience, or booking a trip or courier shipment with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
All bus tickets are issued in the name of the passenger provided at checkout and are non-transferable to another person. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and an e-ticket has been issued to the email address or phone number supplied.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, currently Paystack and Flutterwave. FSS Transport does not store your full card details. By making a payment, you also agree to the applicable terms of the payment provider used.
Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be made at least 6 hours before scheduled departure through your dashboard or by contacting support. Refund amounts and processing times are set out in full in our Refund Policy.
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other travelers. FSS Transport may deny or remove a passenger who behaves in a manner that endangers safety or disrupts other passengers, without refund.
Courier bookings are subject to accurate declaration of contents, weight, and value by the sender. Prohibited items (including but not limited to firearms, flammable materials, illegal substances, and live animals) will not be accepted for shipment. Declared value determines the maximum insurance payout in the event of loss or damage, up to the limits described on the Courier page.
While FSS Transport takes reasonable care to operate services safely and on schedule, we are not liable for delays, missed connections, or losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, road closures, or civil disruption.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
