When you book a trip, request a courier quote, or contact support, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, government ID type (for boarding verification), payment confirmation details, and — for courier bookings — sender and recipient details.
We share the minimum information necessary with trusted third parties who help us operate our services, including payment processors (Paystack, Flutterwave), SMS/email delivery providers, and terminal staff for boarding verification. We do not sell your personal information to advertisers or data brokers.
We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls, to protect your data. No system is completely secure, and we continuously work to strengthen our safeguards.
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) and its regulations, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legitimate business and legal record-keeping requirements (such as booking history for dispute resolution).

Our services are intended for users aged 18 and above. Minors may travel as passengers under a booking made by an adult, but accounts are not created in a minor's name.
